Project for Pride in Living, Inc. (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income people to become self-reliant through integrated services. The Associate Controller-Property Management is both the senior finance representative assigned to PPL’s property management division and also will oversee the accounts payable and tenant rent collection functions for the organization. This individual is responsible for the accuracy of the division’s financial data, management of five employees, reporting, analysis and planning. The Associate Controller of Property Management reports directly to the Corporate Controller, and closely collaborates with property management leadership.
