This position will add to the professionalism of the major gifts campaign with excellent communication, accurate campaign records, and a positive attitude with volunteers and Youthprise staff regarding the experience of a major gifts campaign. The Campaign Administrative Assistant will provide daily office operations of the major gifts campaign: perform all data entry, correspondence, filing, record keeping, reporting of communication with volunteers in Salesforce database, and general office functions.
Anticipated Job Duration and Schedule: 18 months, full-time, 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday-Friday

Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Five years of administrative and project management experience. Prior work experience working closely with development and fundraising personnel and providing administrative leadership to a fundraising campaign. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; data entry, database administration, computer and internet research skills; and leadership qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, dependability and accountability. The work will require a high degree of professional independence, initiative and self-discipline; ability to cultivate relationships and work effectively with staff, donors and volunteers.
