The Compliance Specialist I will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Manager with the day-to-day operations of managing PPL’s Tax Credit and other funding programs. This individual will be responsible for conducting detailed income verification and periodic reporting to other agencies. Working with affordable housing programs including LIHTC, COC, GRH, Home, HOPWA, LTH, MHOP and NSP the Compliance Specialist I will track the timeliness and accuracy of household certifications that are submitted by PPL site staff.
As an Affordable Housing provider, PPL is responsible for monitoring, reporting and compliance on our portfolio of more than 1,100 units of affordable or supportive housing throughout the Twin Cities metro area. This position provides valuable experience and training to applicants who are just starting out in the Affordable Housing Compliance field and are interested in improving their skills and knowledge.
