This position exists to provide dedicated leadership, direction, training, and oversight of the Department of Revenues (DOR) Continuity of Operations and to lead and manage the Department’s Continuity of Government planning efforts.
The Business Continuity Manager will direct internal and external emergency response preparation for DOR and will lead and oversee the department’s Continuity of Operations planning and activities to ensure department preparedness and response to a wide variety of incidents or events that threaten to interrupt its priority services.
Three (3) years of full time equivalent advanced professional experience in the planning, implementation and administration of a program area such as emergency management, business continuity, strategic planning, project management, logistics or similar field.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Planning, Continuous Improvement or related field will substitute for one (1) year of full time equivalent advanced professional experience
