Job Title: Property Management Resident Relations Assistant
Department: Property Management Department
Reports To: Portfolio Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Flsa Status: Non-Exempt
This position will provide administrative support to the Property Management Team.
Specific regular assignments may include assisting with rent processing activities and monthly reports; statistical research; organizing files and copying, responding to tenant calls and updating information.
Responsibilities & Duties:
The Property Management Resident Relations Assistant will be working directly with the Portfolio Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Facilities Specialist.
Hours & Days: Flexible weekday hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Education and/or Experience
