This position will serve as the department’s quality assurance expert, leading other agency staff through user experience projects for customer-facing communications, applications, and systems. This position will support the department’s plain language program and plain language champions team, and write and edit internal and external communications. This position is a member of the department’s outreach team.
Experience/education must meet ONE (1) of the following requirements;
1) Three (3) years of advanced-level professional experience OR
2) Master’s degree plus two (2) years of advanced-level professional experience;

Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer.
