PPL is in search of a Supportive Housing Coordinator for its Resident Services- Single Adult Supportive Housing Department. This position provides screening and intakes, housing search and placement, rehousing, and landlord recruitment to help single adults find and keep housing in Hennepin and Ramsey Counties.
The ideal candidate will have the skills to build relationships with private landlords and PPL property managers; provide case management (assessment, plan development, and monitoring; referrals; coordination and advocacy with necessary resources and benefits), housing tenancy support, and direct service. The preferred candidate will use a person-centered, harm reduction, and housing-first approach to partner with participants from diverse communities who have experienced homelessness and behavioral health challenges.
